Why natural process
Natural Process: 'A process existing in or produced by nature'. Our Natural Process is inspired by nature. The forest is a great example of what how successful a natural process can be. In a forest the entire eco-system works together to support the forest. A forest is sustainable without any human monitoring.
We recommend avoiding fertilizer, pesticides, and herbicides. Why? Because fertilizer causes imbalance in the soil which causes lack of biological support in the root system. This imbalance ensures the plant will struggle to maintain health and struggle to protect itself. Because of this struggle, suddenly the only way to protect your plant is to spray it to interrupt the natural process of decay in an unhealthy plant. The eco-system is then disrupted and all support (aside from the grower) is removed. This puts a lot more, normally unnecessary, work on the grower's plate. The grower has to somehow recreate the natural eco-system and that is near impossible. So the grower adds fertilizer, nutrients (in its most limited extractable form) and they spray. The unhealthy plant will continue to survive but because it is living to survive, it cannot fully thrive. So now the produce will not have a high nutrient content because the plant is lacking the tools to provide it. Not only that but plants intake a high percentage through its leaves so when they are sprayed can we not believe the chemicals in the sprays don't end up in the produce? This entire unnatural process negatively effects the health of the soil, the plant, the health in the produce, the health of people. Then because growers don't know a better way, they fertilize the next year starting the cycle again.
We want to change the cycle of lack of health that is depleting soil around the world.
